Rights &
disclosures.

What is freely available, what the documents represent, and what to know before relying on the research or purchasing a report.

Public research access

The public library brings together research papers, notes, technical analyses and supporting resources. Each entry identifies the available reading material and files. Material marked free can be read, and its available files downloaded, without purchasing a commercial report or creating an account.

Research series connect related publications around a shared subject or question. Supplements, source documents and other supporting material are linked with the work they accompany.

Publication status

A document’s format and its review status are separate questions. Read the status stated for each work and consult any publication record provided. Hosting a document here, naming a target journal or following a journal's formatting conventions does not establish submission, acceptance or independent peer review.

Any journal-publication claim should be supported by the journal's own publication record. A target journal or an external reference is not an endorsement of the research.

Copyright & reuse

Free access means you can read and download the public files. It does not, by itself, place the documents in the public domain or grant an open-source, Creative Commons or commercial redistribution license.

Consult the rights and licensing notices in each original document. Where no reuse license is stated, this website grants no additional reuse rights. Applicable statutory rights and exceptions remain unaffected.

Research context & interests

The publications examine artificial intelligence, its infrastructure and its wider economic and societal effects. Each work has its own scope, evidence and limitations. Financial analysis is intended for a broad readership and is not tailored to any reader's financial position, portfolio, investment objectives or risk tolerance. The website does not offer personalized investment advice, discretionary asset management or trade execution.

Opinions, estimates, valuations and forecasts are uncertain. Scenarios are not guaranteed outcomes, historical observations do not establish future performance, and investment losses may occur. Consider alternative explanations and the limitations stated in each document.

Positions, funding and other relationships are document-specific. Read the original author disclosures and their as-of dates; a publication's historical views do not establish anyone's current holdings. The website does not certify a blanket position or compensation statement across every publication.

Legal classifications and publication rules depend on the operating entity, actual services and relevant jurisdiction. A research notice or statutory citation does not itself establish an exemption or regulatory approval.

Commercial report & purchases

Commercial reports are listed separately from public research, with availability shown for each title. The first planned title is the Oracle short report. Its release is pending and purchases are not open.

Before purchasing an available report, review its seller and support contact, deliverable, language, version, price, currency, applicable taxes, license, delivery arrangements and refund terms. Applicable consumer withdrawal information and purchase confirmations form part of the terms of sale.

Free research downloads do not create an order or payment obligation. Nothing in a website notice removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Privacy & access

No name, email address, organization or payment details are required to access research marked free. Viewing or downloading material may involve technical request information processed by the browser and hosting services.

Where a service requires personal information, review the privacy notice provided at the point of collection. It should identify the responsible entity, purposes, retention practices and contact for data requests. The access and purchase information for each publication should be read with applicable local rights.

Sources & corrections

Read each publication and its supporting materials for references and source dates. Summaries are reading aids; the original work supplies the full argument, evidence and limitations.

For a correction request, use the author contact details stated in the publication, where available. Identify the work, page or section, specific statement and supporting primary source. Material revisions should be identified by version and date, with the change explained to readers.
